Hi friends,
Themes for Xperia C are at below.

Your device need to be rooted.
You have to change files with manually using root explorer or something like that.
Apps should be moved to system/app
Then set permissions to rw-r--r--
Restart your phone and its done :cool:

Please backup your files before changing.

only wallpaper changes or navigation icons and inner theme colors also ?

    Long press the apk file and click on permissions and then
    RW-R--R-- means
    Read,Write,leave
    Read,leave,leave
