Last time I tried a 4.1+ rom I was confused with the lack of FM radio, poor camera, no auto brightness and big battery usage.
Do you have a working / non working list ?

I want to use this kernel : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2583977 ... Can I ?

Thanks in advance for your answers !

Xperia Ray.
Iced Bean 4.0 / VDS Kernel. Perfect match.

Everything should working, camera is poor because there isn't camera drivers for jb and autobrightness is buggy. You can use every kernel which support cm10.
I use phone for about two days(some music, sms and internet) at one charging.
