I got a new HTC One 32GB

RADIO-4A.21.3263.04
OpenDSP-v32.120.274.0909
OS-3.62.206.1

I cant get UNLOCKED Bootloader, i tried on Windows 7 x64 and Windows XP x86, same error all the time

fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
target reported max download size of 1526722560 bytes
sending 'unlocktoken' (0 KB)...
FAILED (data transfer failure (Unknown error))
finished. total time: 2.562s

or something with too many links... What should i do?

Thank you
