b-OS android 4.3 for mod note3

1- When Open Root Explorer
2-( R/O is selected)
3- Copy any app.apk to /system/app
4- Select and hold any app.apk /system/app and press Permissions and select:
5- User: Read, Write..etc
6-Permissions change was not successful. Please note that some file systems (e.g. SD card) do not allow permission changes

Well I'm quiet late but I was having this problem to and I figured it out.
>> Change the permissions of "/System/app" folder. When you can't change the permission of a file you might have to change the parent folder's permissions.
This worked for me...
Hope it helped

I also has this problem. Some application won't work propertly. I was looking for a solution and found the reason - wrong permissions on files and folders in Android\data\com.XXXX. Changing permission on the parent folder gave me a topic message. After i found a solution that work for me:
- stop your app
- move your app to the extSdCard.
Take it!
