Default VS980 LTE vs Global

Which network should I be using? LTE is labeled at recommended (on cm11 nightlies) but it defaults to Global.

If I'm not leaving the US is there any difference?

No not really cause in the US it will never roam.
I don't mind people pushing my buttons.....especially when they're saying "THANKS"

Global lets you roam onto GSM networks. Pretty rare for a Verizon phone to need to do that, but it may be useful and doesn't hurt.
