Default [Q] Fastboot Reason UTAG "flashfail" configured as fastboot

How to fix this?

I can't do anything .. i'ts just this screen when I boot.

(normal boot, no volume-down pressed)

I read about re-flashing motoboot.img (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...2585755&page=7)

But how can I do that?
