Default Half root after OTA with Voodoo

OK, I am probably just missing something simple here. I installed Voodoo on the stock slot, used the button as prescribed, and took the OTA. When I went back in and restored root I got a positive message and that voodoo was given su rights. However, when I went to SuperSU it says the thing it needs isn't there (the binary). And TIBackup can't get SU rights either. Weirder still, I can still boot into SS recovery and create ROM slots for installs. Anyone have any ideas about what I broke and how to fix it?

Thanks.

Just an FYI, I managed to resolve the issue by flashing the supersu zip on my stock slot from Safestrap.
