Default Is it possible to port Firefox OS on gear?

Firefox OS is a open source OS based on HTML5.Its ui is easier to develop, and can save more battery power than Android.Maybe this is a good chance to run Firefox OS.Is it possible to port Firefox OS?

not worth it on current Gear, and i don't think it would be entirely possible without SDK from Gear, would it be?
