Default about kitkat

which 4.4.2. custom ROM .( cm11) . is fully bugless ? I tried some of them ..but each ROM having problem like OMX , camera , ..can anyone tell me which ROM is fully bugless ??

None.

And no ROM has camera or OMX issues.

All roms 4.4 are FULLY WORKING except Paranoid 4.0 which have recovery bug if im not wrong.But,in all 4.4 camera and omx are working
Device: Samsung Galaxy S Advance GT-I9070
Rom: Sami OS 1.2 (Thank you @Sami Kabir)
Kernel: Cocore Kernel 8.2 (Thank you @cocafe)

All have some minor bugs like pixelated youtube videos and wifi failing to start sometimes some people report low incall volume bug.
