What is Android Open Source Blitz Project?

it is a custom ROM developed as free and open source software based on the official releases of Android by CyanogenMod,
AOSB (ProBAM) ROM have been the pinnacle of perfection employing the best of all the Best ROMs in a Package which makes sense!.. While the latest one doesn’t incorporate a slew of features.

On 6 November 2013 the CyanogenMod team started pushing the code of CyanogenMod 11, based on Android 4.4 KitKat .

Installation instructions so If installing for the first time:


To install this ROM you will need to have an unlocked boot loader and a custom Recovery such as TWRP or ClockWorkMod installed

  1. Copy the downloaded AOSB to your phone.
  2. update recovery, is required for install android kitkat
  3. Boot into your recovery
  4. Back up your ROM
  5. Enter recovery
  6. Make full wipe "included "system"
    [*]Select Recommended kernel for first install
  7. Install the ROM
  8. install GAPPS package - download it from here
  9. Reboot - the first boot can take up to 2 minutes
  10. Recommended to Reboot again after ROM is up for the first time
  11. 2 second to up ! and 1 second to restart or shutdown ! it is AOSB

I have two questions:
1. What is the kernel that is required? I do not see any link to it?
2. What is CWM version that needs to be updated?

Extra credit:)
If you are in stock rooted unlocked bootloader with CWM 14.1.G.1.534 branded by NUT?
What should I do to get this rom into my z1?

Everytime I go to CWM, using the dual recovery I cannot find the sd card? I would really appreciate if someone has step by step of what to do to accomplish this ?

I flashed your ROM and it works really great! But one question: How can i disable the Status and Navbar "forever" so that no gesture bring them back? I think with halo i dont need the statusbar anymore :)

I wanna try multi windows but i dont see it anywhere
Either i dont know how to use HALO or it is not wotking
And there is no immersive mode too

Also in the list of Install Instruction I Could not understand two Points -

Point 02. "update recovery, is required for install android kitkat" -- How to Update?
Point 07. "Select Recommended kernel for first install" -- No link of Recommended kernel, is it in the ROM zip file?

if you already installed custom kitkat rom and you don't have any problem , so skip this step 2

about step 7 , AOSB included CM stock kerne but you can flash custom kernel after you get it run
