Default [Q] Forgot to backup

Hi,
my brand new LG Optimus G2 is stuck in twrp recovery! I did a full wipe so I cant boot into stock rom anymore! There is the latest Cyanogen 11 nightlie zip on the internal sd card which i cant flash! It gives me a md5 eror eventhough i turned of md5 check.
ADB also doesn't work it's stuck in "starting adb sideload features"..

I can't to anything. Is there any chance for help.. I'm very frustrated please help me!

regards
