Is it possible to update via officiale ota with unlocked bootloader and root and stock (or cwm maybe) recovery?
i won't restore stock firmware to install this small update.
There is a mode to deactivate the update notification maybe? i don't want this update and hate the notification

if you don't want the update notification just disable or remove the motorola ota app , as your rooted a number of apps can do the for you i use "root app delete" which you can find in the play store
