[Q] Problem with Wake-up

guys.
This Problem ist when i Wake up the Phone from the Stand-by with the power key on the top of the phone, it sometimes only shows a grey background with a few black lines. But the softkeys backlight work like they do when the phone wakes up and shows the lockscreen.
when i press the power button again, it goes to standby regulary and i can wake it up and it shows the lockscreen. so i need to press the power key 3 times to wake the phone. maybe someone can help and sorry for my bad english...

Edit: It's GSM with LiquidSmooth 3 KitKat, Root, S-Off and Hboot 1.49

I think its a kernel issue, with stock kernel everything is good

Try to press the lock once time and when the softkeys backlight is on press hard the corner under the home button,reply if something is happened

For me it was the same problem,the conector from the motherboard and lcd was broken and if I was press the corner it was working again...but after a few weeks I replaced my lcd
