How to make this ROM Better/Faster

Remove setup guide once the ROM is installed (it uses 2.1MB of RAM and a super small amount of CPU power)
Disable ALL animations (Animations take about 0.2 seconds to complete, remove them to load menus instantly)
Change contacts apk for older version. Takes up 25mb RAM. Only added to keep you happy

No Neo V support? Or will it be added in due course of time?

And btw all kernel, baseband links are for Arc and Arc S not Neo!
Pls update it to avoid confusions!

One suggestion from me... Whatever suggestions you take.. pls don't follow the path of adding aosp icons/look, jellybean/ics look etc.. every single GB roms nowadays is taking the same path.. keep it a very stock Sony GB look while adding features, animations and performance tweaks..

Very true...i hate ICS look on GB.
Sony's stock framework is sexy and pleasing to eyes...the only other framework better than it is from the theme Samsung Galaxy S2 by thomassafca.
