Default Are all s-off for HTC One be compatible with One SV?

HI! I'm having troubles installing rumrunner s-off for my One SV (4.2.2 K2_UL) as i heard that facepalm and moonshine s-offs are not compatible with 4.2.2 and when i was trying to install rumrunner it always crashes and want to try out revone s-off for htc one and will use it with my one sv so i'm asking that will revone s-off be compatible with one sv or any other s-off tools or will it just damage my one sv? Please help
