I don't get how to disable the shutter sound when the phone is in silent/vibrate mode.. does anyone know how to fix?? when i do snapchat for video, the shutter goes off very loudly and i want to disable it when it is silent/vibrate mode... I have F350S varient.

Go to the camera settings. there's a section there to change sound effect and theres a off selection there.

Are you using F350 or D838 ?
