Default Trying to upgrade to 4.3 with root

I have a US SGP312 and am using this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?p=48904390

I've installed the dual recovery on 4.1.2 and have root. Now I need to get the stripped FTF and flashable zip but cannot find it anywhere.
I did find a full FTF here: http://d-h.st/users/lcammilletti/?fl...ile_name&d=ASC

Anyone have links to a stripped FTF + flahsable zip of 4.3 for the US SGP312?
The MEGA link for the SGP312 GB Generic 4.3 linked in the guide does not work for me, I keep getting download errors.

Edit: I saw the guide to making the files myself (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...99&postcount=1) but the VM image says it;ll take 2 days to download. Guess I'll just try downloading the GB Generic files from MEGA later.

Edit 02: Found links to the files in other forums.

Unbranded UK: FTF ZIP
