rooted it rom'ed it but under bluetooth internet access i click it and it turns on then turns right off ...anyone else have this issue and if so please help thx in advance
(my phone is a note 3 also root 4.3) ................this is holding me back from the full experience

Yes, had the same problem when bypassing Verison's subscription process for BT PAN. I rebooted the gear and then started my PAN before the gear connected. Then try connecting the internet with the phone, it should connect provided your BT PAN is functioning correctly on the phone side.
