Hey members, seems there been a bit on the web about how previously android hardly got virus/malware, now it seems they do. Actually my phone did recently and was sending messages selling stuff from whats app to friends.
Hard to find what I would call genuine info' about virus protection on the web. Does anyone have any tips, or info' about using virus/malware protection ? Recommendations? Or are the not worth installing as they can hog resources?
I used to use dr web lite, I liked it. Though I think I still got malware with it. Now I am trying avast, seem's ok, though kinda' clunky..
Regarding phone finders, I use this little beauty', it's a tiny app'(228k) and will do the job in the event you lose your phone. PC interface nothing special to look at though. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.androidlost
