move aplications to sd with cyanogen

Hi,
I have sd card 32 gb and cyanogenmod 10.1.3
Is possible to move applications to sd? There is some tutorial?

there are many apps in play store which just require root to move apps to sd card you can try that
you just have too be rooted buddy
also you can try link2sd

my brother this best acc to me and many others is link2sd rather than int2ext cos it does not cause as much lag in many apps installed as int2ext does

so i would say that u should go for link2sd

But link2sd for applications don't work!!!
It say's "need partion in sd card"
I have the tab2 rooted.

first make a partition in recovery then it will work
