When you unlock the bootloader it wipes /data. Flashlight, calculator, sound recorder etc.. are stored in /data

So try to flash the ota manually from stock recovery
  1. download the ota file here: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BxjH...dyUk4ycDQ/edit
  2. plug your device to your computer then navigate to its internal storage and copy the ota to Android/obb/
  3. reboot phone in bootloader mode, select recovery
  4. phone will reboot in recovery mode (screen will be black for like 1-2 min then you'll se a logo with a red triangle appear)
  5. when you see the red triangle logo hold vol up and press power to open stock recovery menu
  6. select ''apply from phone storage''
  7. select obb/
  8. then select the ota file

phone will reboot a few times to apply the update

did you successfully manually flashed the latest ota? Btw the ota was removed by htc due to incompatibilities with some wifi rooter https://twitter.com/shen_ye/status/441179929250496513 that's probably why you were not able to see any ota yesterday.
