long story short, I'm a stupid noob who thinks he can do everything, well I messed up.

was trying out a plethora of different roms on d2att i747 att S 3, used slim bean for a while, wanted to try out cm 10, well in the process i manage to 1. revert to stock recovery
2. erase my os

so I can't boot into an os but I can boot into stock recovery 3e
I can also get into download

but as the title states no USB, it was mangled, and by mangled i mean the entire usb port metal socket is no longer there, as in impossible to solder back.

so I have tried flashing via external sd to no avail, most installs stop at verification failed or whole file verification failed, I can easily get around the assert get prop failed stuff by editing the meta-inf blah blah updater script part, but that wasn't my problem, my problem is that i just simply can't use odin. I know jtag is an option but I am wanting to see if there is anything out there that can help me atleast get back to stock.

stock recovery 3e options are

1. Reboot
2. install from sd
3. factory format
4.clear cache
5. install from cache

and there is also download mode which shows
odin mode
product name: sgh-i747
Custom binary download: no
current binary: samsung official
system status: official
Qualcomm Secureboot: Enable

what can i do?? besides jtag and obviously odin
