Hi I fond this on Android Apps and Games Forum topic and share here. This is not my work and I just share.
I test this on X-Note Rom and working well. hope all 4.4.2 working.

Home screen or blinkfeed? If blinkfeed, follow instruction as op and you will get original htc weather on blinkfeed. If you mean home screen, i add wih uccw. Not original.

com.htc.sense.hsp-1.apk this one is htc service pack file.

It's installed and works fine, but there is no access to many of the services and apps. No social media accounts etc.

EDIT: Hey OP, v8 is now available and includes Twitter. Just FYI. I flashed over the existing v7 and it works fine.
