Anything I should worry about - I downloaded the Duxter Rom and lookout is telling me

DPICHANGER
XPOSED INstaller
Fastdormancy
net.cactii.flash 2

Should I just be ignoring those?

Not to worry...its flagging them as dangerous because they have root privileges...DPI changer allows changing screen settings more or less dots per inch...xposed installer allows you to install exposed and its modules to customize your device...fast dormancy is a startup tweek that helps boot faster...and net.cactii.flash 2 is torch app which needs root to allow higher brightness setting...all safe...anti malware apps always flag root apps and settings
