My first question.. Since it's almost five months now ..
Is there a single case of phone being sent to warranty.. AFAIK I haven't heard on any such cases..

Barring the few first day faults like dead pixel ,speaker distortion

I mean had anybody run across I problem after using for some period

I've tried dealing with Motorola Mobility due to a faulty battery, but because of the unlocked bootloader they didn't want to help (for free).

My vibrate motor went out, got an RMA for warranty repair. They said they were sending me a "loaner" within 10 days. Got a bit nervous of what they might send me but received package 2 days later which turned out to be a brand new phone. Sent broke phone back with their prepaid package and got an email three days later they received it and let them know if I had any problems with the "replacement". If your dead set on getting your exact phone back I suggest you ask when submitting your repair request. More than happy with my experience.
