Arrow [Q] Galaxy Note 3 WiFi hotspot DHCP option missing

Previously I had a HTC Wildfire in which when you enabled the Wifi Hotspot (tethering) you could configure a DHCP server in fact to assign an IP range to devices which wanted to connect to Hotspot. Here is what you can see in HTC wildfire :

(Attached is a picture I took from Wildfire screen)
Settings>> Wireless and Networks >> Portable Wifi Hotspot setting >> menu >> advanced >> LAN setting >> {set IP address of this mobile and IP address range }

I can't find the same in Galaxy Note 3. Such a huge advanced phone must have such simple option.
Anyone got an idea ?
