Offline speech recognition

it seems that this file was a leak, because immediately later(during day) was replaced by new one without this ability.

do you have a link to download the english offline speech recognition files please, i've googled it but nothing found, thx

I am trying to have it working offline but I am unable to do it... However, while sneaking around the files I found in:

/data/data/com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox/app_shared_prefs/SearchSettings.bin
