Setting storage home problem

Hi,
Im trying to set the storage home from my download folder to my ext sd card. But it wont let me. My phone is rooted.
What could I do?

If you app don't allow to change the location, you can use something like Link2SD.

If the complete download folder is to be transferred, probably foldermount is more appropriate.

Yep. But it says it found a defective module on my samsung galaxy. :/

foldermount will patch all Samsung phones but it is no guarantee that it will work eventually, no harm to try though.
