Updating and ported apps

Default Updating and ported apps

What would happen if an update contains an app that I side loaded? For example, if the update to the Z1 contains the close all app program, and I've side loaded it, will the update fail? I've side loaded the close all app program as well as the Z2 live wallpaperb

When you update it will format system and install a new one anyway
