Stupid green 100%

I have a battery case on my phone so its always charged. That stupid green thing how do I get rid of it? Screenshot attached

It looks like you maybe installed application such as battery monitor. If so, uninstall it or reconfigure it.

I didn't install anything. My phone is running stock OS and I haven't downloaded any battery monitors. My phone is also not rooted

Looks something wrong with your usb port,it may cause by short or damaged usb port on your device

Since your device is not rooted, you won't have any problem by taking it to the nearest service center. Go there and take your device warranty with you.
