I recently bought a HTC one o2 UK version (off ebay). to cut a long story short i tried to update to andriod 4.2.2 however it wouldnt update. From reading a few forums etc i discovered the phone is what i assume rooted.

when i put the phone in fast boot mode its says:
eMMC-boot 2048MB
Oct 18 2013, 00:29:38.0

Everything i have tried to return the phone to stock has failed. Primarily followed sakitech videos on youtube to return to stock.

Anytime i try to flash TWRP to the phone i get the error FAILED(remote:signature verify fail) also tried rumrunner to turn S-OFF but this also failed.

I am not quite sure what else to try? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
