So I've had this strange occurence ever since the 4.4 update and can't seem to fix it. Has anybody else had this and/or been able to fix it?

I refer to the distinct change in shadow transparency/colour near the bottom just under the clock. It happens with every wallpaper.

I should add I did a factory reset earlier, which did nothing but make me reinstall everything.
