Default [Q] Clear empty space under bottom icons when using dynamic navbar in KiKat

How to move the bottom icons to the empty area? Tried to modify framework-res.apk and Home.apk, but i get bootloops every time...
I'm on .681 deodexed.
I'm using dynamic navbar and that empty area looks unaesthetic.

Thanks!
