Is there a app that I can use for wifi on my non rooted Gs4

Is it possible to use my wifi hotspot and bypass the tmobile upsell page for I can have free wifi hotspot like I did when my phone was rooted. Thanks

There's Foxfi. There's a free and paid version.

FoxFi hasn't worked for anyone I know using a gs4 on T-mobile...

I have simple mobile and it works just fine, not sure why it doesn't work for tmobile.?

Its not that they are stupid questions. Its that they have been asked and answered many times. The answers are readily available to you via a search.
