Default Pictures gone since KK

Hi guys,

it sounds like a real noob question, hopefully it is .

Since im on KK, all my internal pictures are gone. Of course, because i wiped system etc...

BUT: Of course I made a TWRP Backup of 4.3 with all my pictures of the internal sd (to external sd)... But if I restore the Backup, pictures are still gone?

Any advice is very appreciated!

TWRP doesn't backup the internal storage.

Now you know for next time

How would it backup the internal storage though? If you backed up the internal storage to the internal storage, how would you plan to get it back if you wipe the entire thing?

External SD cards are really useful

I backuped to to ext sd card for sure . But I didnt know that it doesnt backup the internal storage. But wait, that doesnt make any sense oO, because System and Data get restored, all the apps and so on?

Hmm...

Edit:my english... typical german gramar haha... I didnt made a backup ON internal sd card, i made a backup OF my internal sd card. Saved on the external sd card... and in that case, pictures should be saved too. I guess?

Oh my... I srsly need to refresh my english skills lawl. Sry bro...
