Default [Q] Prevent time from going back to 1970???

I'm setting up my Ion so that I can transfer all my apps to it. However, right now with a fully charged battery, the phone on all the time, no SIM card and "Automatic Date and Time" in Settings unchecked, the time goes off and the date keeps resetting to February 14, 1970.

I don't want to move to this phone to find out it can't keep time. Any help would be appreciated!
1. Daily Driver: LG G2x T-Mobile running CM7 Nightly-20130301/Trinity T15 kernel
. . My G2X gets me 3 days standby! Thanks, DroidWall!
2. LG Optimus V VM670 - no mobile service, dedicated GPS & Dashboard Camera. Rooted, DroidWall
3. T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 - Android 4.1.2. Rooted, DroidWall
4. Sony Xperia Ion LT28at [LB] prepping for for T-Mobile

Sandisk MicroSD Card Reference

Hit THANKS if I helped!

manually change it....then hit the network specific time...or just manually change everything
(there is a thanks button)

Get 2.50 gigs of free online storage via dropbox, and help me get an extra 500mb!

I found the problem, I have the SlimBean ROM and strangely it turns off the clock when you turn the phone off.
