I've used Rebtel, Skype, and Tango and I have not been satisfied with any of them. I think the pay-as-you-go apps are the best for international calling apps. I've been using Global Call for a while and its pretty darn good. Don't be confused with the rates per min since they offer bonus credits often which equal to much more than 5% cheaper per min.
