Hi All,

My HTC One AT&T 32GB jut got bricked!
I don't root, unlock or s-off remain on stock rom 4.12.

This problem happen after restart just only normal restart phone to get fresh but suddenly after restart phone became very slow, not responsive on touch screen. After for a while screen off but I cannot make it up again.
I have try several way to make it up again but so far no any luck.
- Push power button 10-20s ----> no Luck.
- Push power button+volume down 10-20s ----> no Luck.
- Push power button+volume up 10-20s ----> no Luck.
- Push power button+volume up+ down with light on proximity sensor for 20-30s but also not luck.
- Try to connect with charger but no any LED on (normally Red LED On when charging)

When connected on PC (already install HTC sync) detected as qhsusb_dload but update driver failed.

Any one can give suggestion since I live not in USA? If I bring to local HTC service center will be not cover with guarantee.

Thanks.

You can't do it yourself unless you have a jtag box and the skill to use it. Send it out

I have try to contact local Riff JTAG service but currently not supported with HTC One AT&T PN07120. They currently only supports for PN0710000 and PN0711000.

In order for you to install the drivers,

shut down computer

turn it on and press F8 until you see the menu with

repair computer
safe boot
ect

in that list of options is disable signature verification

this only last until next reboot, but it will allow you to install the driver

then power button + volume down + tap home button

Similar Problem
Hi Ian,

Were you able to resolve your AT&T HTC One brick issue? I have a similar issue and would like the user community support here.

I can't send my phone back to HTC for replacement because I am now in India and I have purchased it from one of my friends.

I haven't root; but unlocked (I believe, hence can use my local India SIM card) but nothing else. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Krishna Menon.

Finally my HTC One AT&T got repair by HTC USA.
Purple tint camera have been fixed too! All free as my phone never root and under warranty period.

Now, I have been converted to WWE Asia after changing MID and CID and successful get update to KitKat via OTA update. Keep S-off and unlock Bootloader. Later will flash TWRP and root.

Happy Again.

Thanks to HTC but so sorry to AT&T. I need to throw away your rubbish bloatware apps from my phones.
