Send it in for warranty repair. I sent mine and they covered the replacement of the rear case with lens assembly.

Am in Qatar and oredered my phone from UK but I managed to repair the scratches with a combo of toothpaste, pencil eraser, screen and metal wiper and tough stain remover :P it worked wonder lol now my lens is super new happy again thank u

Guys how's the stabilization in the M8? for example, if hold your phone in your hands, set ISO to 100 and take a picture indoors or in low light. How does it affect the image? Is it blurry? Could someone please take some pictures the way I described?

I assume you're asking about long exposures. The M8 is well stabilized for auto-exposure as even when you push iso to 100, exposure is never slower than 1/10 seconds unless you switched to auto from night mode.

Night and Manual mode on the other hand with longer exposures could use better stabilization, but nothing too bad.

I'm not sure if this is related, but does anyone else's HDR catch less detail (exclude the lighting and dynamic range) than auto mode? I think it's the stitching software + small motion from lack of OIS. Auto mode seems much more crisp and clear than 9/10 of my HDRs for things not close by.
