Post [Q] ROM Installing languange change..

Helo guys,
soo I want to install a ROM on my Xperia Miro 4.1.2 version jelly bean I saw on forums and the guy who posted it screenshots were in different language soo I am curious will I have same language as he does when I install ROM ?

Thats based on the Rom... got a link for us?

Samsung Galaxy W @ ParanoidAndroid 4.3 [BETA3] [6/5/2014] + KhaN Kernel v2.0 // Base: I8150XXLMI // PhilZ CWM 6.01.4

"REVIVED" HTC Wildfire S @ CyanogenMod 11(AWESOME!!!) [6/5/2014] //HBoot 1.09 - unlocked BL // TWRP 2.7.0.0

Sure its possible, if you need assistance you should always post full information:

Phone (modelnumber)
Bootloader/Firmware (is it unlocked)
Which recovery do you use?
Did a full wipe before flashing?
Which version of the Rom you want to install?
Which tools do you use?

Then its much mofre easier to figure out, what causes a problem.

Decompile your stock Framework-res.apk & Framework-res.apk from custom rom.
Move values-(your language) from stock to custom..

Ex:

Indonesian languange

/res/values-in

Russian

/res/values-ru


Search your languange..and move to custom rom framework-res.apk, then recompile

Alright guys, thanks for your help i dont really understand you i am kinda newbie, i gave phone to my friend he said he found here on forum some software which restore phone completly.
