Just got my AT&T version and can confirm HTC dev does work to unlock the bootloader.. For now anyway

so you are saying you can unlock the bootloader on the standard att version or on the att developer edition?

Yes, on the standard att version. I'm unlocked, have twrp flashed and am rooted
