selling a sprint phone

Not really sprint note 3 related, but I upgraded my phone to a galaxy mega last month decided I didn't like it went back to a note 3. I can't return my mega since it's after the 14 day period. Can I sell it and still pay the 17 dollars and change on my bill still? Or does the balance have to be paid in full before I can sell it?

You can sell it, but in till sprint is happy (get there money) they can/will black list it.

Will another user be able to activate it though? If I continued paying for it on my monthly bill?

No, as long as the phone is tied to your account, it can't be activated on someone else's.

Activating a cheap phone on that line will free up the mega esn from your account.

thanks well reason I asked is cause I bought a note 3 again and didn't want the mega to just collect dust. But I asked sprint they said it's fine
