Is there a legitimate reason to not have Knox on the S4 (that Samsung would accept)?
I had a Knox-free 4.2.2 device but recently when Samsung replaced the screen they upgraded it to Knox-inclusive 4.3. I didn't want this and want to tell them to downgrade it to 4.2.2 without tripping the knox counter (it can be reset by them apparently).
When I first purchased the device it was knox free and was not advertised as having knox - I wanted to keep my device that way, they added it without my permission.
