You're in the wrong forum, this is the HTC One XL forum.

This forum is not for your phone. I searched and found only a couple of threads for your phone. One concerning root:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2261752

The HTC E1 (603e) was released in China and later to many other countries. Not a very common phone hence no phone forum in XDA. Good luck with your phone.
