Question [Q] Where did 8 core HMP go?

I remember reading back in September that the 5420 supported all 8 cores running at the same time. Did Samsung decide to change than after releasing the 5422?

the reason why samsung never enables this feature is the impact on battery life and generated heat. Samsung will never give us such update but may be skilled devs can port the feature from note 3 neo

Kernel thing. They most likely will never enable it in the current tabs.

Hmm yeah after search xda a bit more, seems like that's the case. Funny how after googling a few minutes, no tech site seems to have mentioned anything about that :/. I'd imagine if an app has scalable threading you could downclock the cores to get the performance without the heat. :/ Oh well guess I can wait and see xD
