This is a tool to unpack/pack boot and recovery images on windows, the original author is michfood but i modified his script to make the process completely automatic!
So all credits to michfood and heres the original thread

INSTRUCTIONS
drag your .img file onto the unpack.bat to unpack the image!
drag the boot or recovery folder onto the pack.bat to repack the file!
your new image file will be title "new-image.img" in the folder.

i needed to change to BOOTCLASSPATH so after replacing it when i am trying to repack the boot.img, it give me this error

and seconf one while unpacking
