My quad band GSM is 850/900/1800/1900 mhz edge/gprs/gsm, tri band UMTS 850/1900/2100 MHz HSPA and dual band 700 and 1700 MHz LTE networks.

SGH-I317M

Im on version 4.3

Please help!

You can't change the frequencies supported by the device... They're fixed in hardware.
