Hi,
For TextView you can use android:autoLink = "email" property.
Something like this:

Code:
    <TextView
        android:layout_width="wrap_content"
        android:layout_height="wrap_content"
        android:autoLink="email"
        android:text="my@email.com" />

strings.xml
Code:
<string name="my_email_link"> send an <a href=mailto:email@domain.com>Email</a> to developer</string>
. Then create textview, and setText() to example string.
