Question [Q] Help please. Upgrading from N72013 Wifi to LTE model.

Hey all you knowledgeable people, quick question. I'm upgrading my Nexus 7 2013 from the WiFi to the LTE model. Can I run a nandroid backup on the old and load it on the new? Is there a reason why this couldn't happen? Or am I better off using Titanium Backup and just saving and loading all the APK's.
