Default xtouch wave

since all feature of xtouch wave and omate true smart are same is that possible to use omate rom on xtouch wave?

Yes. The Wave is an x201, so pretty much anything that works on the TrueSmart, Callisto 100, AW-414, and a number of other x201 smartwatches will work on the Wave.
